There is no Argentine claim by descent here, which is quick to establish and quick to say.
Argentina passes nationality down from a parent born in Argentina, and to anyone born on Argentine soil. Without one of those, descent is not a route. Nor is there a route through other relatives — a spouse, a sibling or an in-law does not create a claim in Argentine law.
That leaves two honest possibilities. Residence: two continuous years of legal residence in Argentina qualifies you to request citizenship, which is short by international standards if living there appeals at all — though the procedure is unsettled just now, having moved out of the Argentine courts in 2025 and back into them in 2026, so it is worth checking before you count on it. Or another country entirely — most people who reach this page have a stronger claim somewhere else in their family than they expected to have.
