Argentine naturalisation turns on your immigration status and how long you have held it. A temporary or permanent residency permit accrues the two years the law asks for. A precaria, a tourist entry or the digital nomad permit does not. And the two years have to be continuous, which has been read strictly in recent years.
Nothing about your case is unpromising — this is missing information rather than a bad answer, and it is a common thing not to know, because Argentine permit categories are not obvious from the paperwork.
What settles it is your residency certificate or your DNI, whichever you have: the category and the grant date are the two facts that decide everything else. If you have neither, then knowing which country's passport you hold is enough to get started, because for some nationalities the residency itself is close to automatic.
