You do not need a skilled-migration route, because Argentina gives you something better.
Argentina grants temporary residency to nationals of Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana or Surinam on the strength of nationality alone. No job offer, no employer sponsorship, no points, no minimum salary and no qualification assessment. The permit runs for two years and is renewable, and in essence what it takes is a valid passport or national identity document, a clean criminal record and the fee.
This is one of the most generous residency arrangements in the world and it is routinely overlooked by the people entitled to it, who go looking for work visas they do not need.
Whichever residency you end up on, citizenship in Argentina comes from two continuous years of legal residence — so the permit is the first step of a fairly short path, not a separate thing. So the sequence is: residency on your nationality, live there two years, apply for citizenship.
What happens next is genuinely simple. The application is made to the immigration authority, and can be started either from Argentina or through a consulate. You will need your passport or identity document, a criminal record certificate from your own country and from Argentina if you have been there a while, and your birth certificate legalised.
