Australia — Reacquiring Lost Citizenship

Not eligible

Resumption is only open to people who held Australian citizenship themselves and lost it, so it is not your route. It restores something that existed; it cannot create it.

That does not mean you have no claim, but it would have to come from somewhere else. If a parent of yours was an Australian citizen on the day you were born, you may be able to claim citizenship by descent, which is a separate route with its own test. If a parent was Australian but not until after your birth, or the Australian in your family is a grandparent, descent does not reach you.

Failing that, Australia's ordinary routes are open on their own terms: points-tested skilled migration, employer sponsorship, or a partner visa if you are married to or in a de facto relationship with an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
