Resumption is for citizenship that ended automatically or by your own application. A revocation is a decision of the state, and the resumption provisions do not reach it.
What is open depends on the ground of revocation and the decision record. Applying again as a migrant is sometimes possible, but a revocation stays on your immigration record and affects visa and character assessments.
