The Verdict: Not eligible
At your age, no working holiday visa is open to you on the passport you hold. Look at skilled migration or employer sponsorship instead.
The upper limit is 35 for passports from Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Uruguay and the United States. It is 30 for every other participating country.
Check two things first. Age is tested on the day you apply, so what matters is your age at lodging. And a second passport can put you on a scheme with a higher limit.
Skilled migration and employer sponsorship have no limit of this kind, though the points-tested visas need you to be under 45. Unlike a working holiday, they lead to permanent residence.
