Citizenship by descent needs a Brazilian in the family, and on what you have told us there is not one. No amount of time, property or connection to Brazil creates a claim by descent — so this is a closed door, and it is better to say so now than to walk you through it.
That only closes this route. Brazil is unusually open on the residence side, and the routes that do not depend on ancestry are worth a look: remote work for a foreign employer, a pension paid from abroad, investment in a company or in property, a job offer from a Brazilian employer, marriage or a stable union with a Brazilian, and for nationals of most South American countries a residence agreement that needs no job offer at all. Residence is also what naturalisation is built on — four years of it in the ordinary case, one year if you are married to a Brazilian, have a Brazilian child, or hold the nationality of a Portuguese-speaking country.
