Brazil does not sell citizenship, and there is no donation, fund or contribution that produces a Brazilian passport. If that is what you are looking for, this is a closed door and you should not be paying anyone who tells you otherwise.
What Brazil does offer is residence by investment, which is a real and comparatively cheap route — and it leads to citizenship, just not directly. The two versions are an investment of R$500,000 into a Brazilian company, reduced to R$150,000 where the business is in innovation or research, or R$1,000,000 in urban property, reduced by up to 30% to R$700,000 in the North and Northeast.
From there the passport comes through naturalisation rather than purchase. On citizenship: residence is what the naturalisation clock runs on. Four years of it in the ordinary case, or one year if you marry or partner a Brazilian, have a Brazilian child, or hold the nationality of a Portuguese-speaking country. So the realistic timetable from investment to a Brazilian passport is four years of actually living there, not months — and living there is the part that matters, because residence that exists only on paper does not accumulate.
That trade is a good one or a bad one depending on what you actually want. If you want a second passport quickly without moving, Brazil is the wrong country. If you want to live in Brazil and hold citizenship eventually, it is one of the cheaper routes there is.
