The one-year reduction is not available to you. Brazilian law attaches it to having a Brazilian spouse or partner and not being separated, in law or in fact, at the moment naturalisation is granted — and a separation or divorce closes it, whatever the position was earlier.
That closes this route, not your position generally, and two other things are worth checking.
If you have a Brazilian child, the same one-year reduction applies on that ground instead, quite independently of the marriage. For a separated parent that is very often the answer, and it is not affected by the relationship ending.
If you do not, the residence you already have still counts towards ordinary naturalisation at four years. A residence permit granted for family reunion does not automatically end with the relationship, but it can be reviewed, so it is worth establishing what your permit's current basis and expiry are before anything else.
