We should be direct about this, because a lot of sites are not: Brazil has no points system, no skilled occupation list, and no route that lets a qualified person move there on the strength of their own CV. Being highly employable is not, by itself, a basis for residence. Without a job offer or one of the other grounds, skilled migration is closed.
What that leaves depends less on your profession than on how you earn and what passport you hold.
If you could work remotely for an employer or clients outside Brazil, that route is open on proof of US$1,500 a month from abroad or US$18,000 in savings — and for many skilled professionals it is far easier than finding a Brazilian employer willing to sponsor.
If you are a national of most South American countries, a residence agreement gives you residence with no job offer and no threshold, and you can look for work from inside the country.
If you have money to commit, the investment routes start at R$150,000 for an innovation or research business, or R$500,000 for an ordinary company.
If you have a Brazilian spouse, partner or child, family reunion is quicker than any of these and cuts naturalisation to one year. And if a parent or grandparent was Brazilian, the descent route has no generational limit and beats everything here.
