Were you entered in the Croatian citizenship register before you turned 21?
Article 5 only passes citizenship to a person born abroad who was registered at a Croatian embassy, consulate or registry office before their 21st birthday. The catch-up window for over-21s closed on 31 December 2022. If you do not know, a Croatian consulate can search the register for your entry.
