How large is the investment?
The investment permit needs at least CZK 75 million and at least 20 new jobs for EU citizens or their family members, kept for at least two years. Up to 60 per cent of the capital can be assets such as equipment, technology or know-how rather than cash. Below that, a business permit with no investment threshold applies.
