How long have you held permanent residence?
The issue date is on your residence card. The general rule is five uninterrupted years on the day you apply. An EU, EEA or Swiss citizen needs three, if that citizenship plus earlier residence in Czechia adds up to ten years. Legal residence before age 18 counts.
