Leaving Egypt, or taking another nationality without permission, does not end Egyptian nationality. It ends where the Interior Ministry allowed someone to naturalise abroad without keeping it, or where it was taken away, as happened to many people who left Egypt in 1956 and 1957. Egyptian papers means a birth certificate, national ID card, passport or nationality certificate.
