Do you have clear ties with France?
Article 24-2 of the Civil Code lets you be reintegrated by declaration from abroad if you have kept or built clear ties with France: cultural, professional, economic or family. Examples are French relatives, property or accounts in France, work for French organisations, a French education, or regular documented stays.
