The scheme is reciprocal and covers 15 partners: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, South Korea, Taiwan and Uruguay.

There is no agreement with the United States, and the arrangement with Russia is no longer listed. Other routes into France are a student visa or a family route.
