Was every child in the line born to married parents?
A Greek father passes nationality through legal parentage. A child born outside marriage became Greek only if the Greek father legally recognised them while they were still a minor (article 2 of the Citizenship Code). Being named on a foreign birth certificate is not recognition under Greek law.
