Senior managers and key personnel need a salary of at least €49,523 and at least six months with the overseas company. Trainees need at least €36,605 and one month, and can stay for up to twelve months.
The permit runs for up to 24 months at first and can be extended to a maximum stay of five years. You can stay on the overseas payroll.
Time on the permit is registered as Stamp 1, which counts towards citizenship: five years of residence in the last nine.
