You are past your agreement's age limit, which is never waived, so this route is closed to you. Look at an employment permit or, if a parent or grandparent was born in Ireland, at descent.
The limits are 35 for Argentina, Australia and Canada; 30 for Chile, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Korea and Taiwan; and 25 for Japan, extended to 30 for those in full-time education or employment.
An employment permit is how most adults move to Ireland, starting with an Irish employer's job offer. There is also the Start-up Entrepreneur Programme for an innovative business with €50,000 behind it, and a retirement permission for people with substantial pension income.
A parent or grandparent born on the island of Ireland gives you citizenship or a right to register, at any age.
