The Verdict: Need More Info
Your country is reported to have an arrangement with Mexico, but we could not confirm its terms for your nationals going to Mexico. Ask the Mexican embassy in your country whether it issues working holiday visas to your nationals.
Nearly everything published about these arrangements describes Mexicans going abroad, which is a separate instrument with its own terms. The arrangements are usually reciprocal, but we have not confirmed a single inbound one apart from New Zealand's.
Ask the embassy for the age range, any annual quota and when it opens, and whether you must apply in person. For comparison, New Zealand's runs for ages 18 to 30, gives one year with work allowed, and caps any one job at three months.
The visa is only an entry document. Within 30 days of arriving you must exchange it at the immigration institute (INM) for a temporary resident card valid for the year, or you fall out of status.
