Working Holiday Visa in Mexico

The Verdict: Not eligible

The New Zealand working holiday is closed to you, because the age limit is 30 when you apply. Look at Mexico's other routes instead: skilled migration, digital nomad or investment.

The limit sits in an agreement between the two governments, and the embassy has no discretion to vary it.

Mexico's other routes have no age limit or nationality list. A job offer from an employer registered with the immigration institute has no salary threshold, occupation list or labour market test. Foreign income or savings support residence on economic solvency, and a business you run supports the investor route.

And if a parent or grandparent was born in Mexico, you may be Mexican already and need no visa at all.
