The Verdict: Not eligible
Poland has no golden visa and no citizenship by investment, so there is nothing to buy. If you would run a real business there, look at the business branch of this quiz; with Polish family, look at our ancestry and diaspora routes.
No Polish route gives residence in return for buying property, subscribing to a fund, buying bonds or making a donation, and nothing in the Citizenship Act attaches to investment at any level. A company that holds an asset and does not trade does not count.
What Poland does have is a residence permit for running a business, under article 142 of the Aliens Act. It is judged on whether the business trades: income last tax year of at least twelve times the average gross monthly wage in its voivodeship, or at least two full-time staff on indefinite contracts for the past year.
If the aim is simply to live and work in Poland, employment is the ordinary way in, which our skilled migration route covers. A Polish parent, grandparent or two great-grandparents is worth checking first: the diaspora route gives permanent residence on arrival and citizenship a year later.
