Does the business already meet the trading test?
The test looks at the tax year before you apply: income of at least twelve times the average gross monthly wage in the voivodeship where the business sits, or at least two Polish or equivalently entitled workers employed full-time on indefinite contracts all year. Your filed accounts and payroll records answer it. Part-time staff, fixed-term contracts and contractors do not count.
