All of these lead to a residence permit valid two years and renewable for three. What differs is speed, the documents, and whether the EU Blue Card is available — it carries rights to move to another member state later that an ordinary Portuguese permit does not.
Highly qualified — at least 1.5× the national average salary, or 1.2× in a shortage occupation → Skilled, but below that salary level → Teaching, research, or a role at a company certified under the Tech Visa scheme → I'm not sure how the role would be classified →
