Will you be under 25 on the day the visa is issued?
South Africa has no visa called a working holiday visa. The nearest thing is the exchange visa, whose work limb is for people under 25 with a job offer of up to a year. Age is tested when the visa is issued, not when you apply, so if your birthday is close, allow for processing time.
