Citizenship by Descent in South Korea

When you were born, had your Korean parent already become a citizen of another country?

A Korean who takes another country's citizenship by choice stops being Korean on that day, and cannot pass Korean citizenship to a child born afterwards. That includes a parent who became a foreign citizen as a child when their own parents naturalised. Compare the date on their naturalisation certificate with your birth date.
