This is a Spanish citizenship route and it needs a Spanish spouse, so it is not open to you — but your position is better than that sentence makes it sound.
The one-year rule applies to the spouse of a Spanish citizen specifically. Being married to a French, German, Italian or any other EU national does not shorten the Spanish naturalisation clock at all, however long you have lived in Spain together.
What your marriage does give you is the right to live in Spain as the family member of an EU citizen exercising free movement, which is a stronger and simpler residence right than most third-country nationals have. That residence counts in full towards naturalisation.
So your route to Spanish citizenship is the ordinary one: ten years of legal residence for most nationalities, or two years if you are a national of a Latin American country, Andorra, Portugal, the Philippines or Equatorial Guinea, or if you have Sephardic ancestry.
Worth considering alongside that: your spouse's own citizenship may be a faster route to an EU passport for you than Spain is, depending on their country's rules on spouses. Several EU states are considerably quicker than Spain for the spouse of a national. If what you want is EU citizenship rather than Spanish citizenship specifically, that comparison is worth making before you commit to ten years.
