How did your father hold Emirati citizenship when you were born?
Most Emiratis are citizens "by operation of law", because their own father was Emirati. Others were granted citizenship later by decree. Your father's family book (khulasat al-qaid) and his citizenship documents show which, and whether he still held it on the date of your birth.
