Where do you live, and what residence do you hold in Croatia?
Article 10 needs three things together: marriage to a Croatian citizen, permanent residence (stalni boravak) and living in Croatia. Your residence card says which status you hold. Permanent residence is different from temporary residence and from EU long-term residence.
