Digital Nomad in Greece

Income must come only from outside Greece, checked at application and again at renewal. Working for Greek clients on this permit puts your residence at risk.

The work route: under the Immigration Code as amended by Law 5275/2026, a Greek employer files an electronic recruitment application with a contract of at least six months, and you get a single residence and work permit for three years, renewable for five.
