Which passport would you apply on?
Italy has working holiday agreements with six places, and the passport you apply on sets the age limit: 18 to 35 for Canada, 18 to 30 for the others. If you hold Canadian citizenship and another of these, choose Canada, because its limit is higher. Where you live does not count, only the passport.
