The Verdict: Not eligible
Italy has no working holiday agreement with your country, so there is no visa to apply for. Look instead at Italy's digital nomad, skilled migration or retirement routes, which do not depend on your nationality.
Italy's list is short: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Korea, Hong Kong and Japan. The agreements attach to the passport, not to where you live, so check any second nationality you hold against it.
Which route fits depends on how you earn. The digital nomad visa is for remote work for employers or clients outside Italy. Skilled migration needs a job offer from an Italian employer. The retirement visa is for people living on pensions or investment income who will not work at all. Unlike the working holiday, each of them can lead to long-term residence.
If you have an Italian parent or grandparent, look at citizenship by descent as well.
