Working Holiday Visa in Italy

You cannot apply until you turn 18, but your passport is on Italy's list, so this is a wait rather than a refusal. Prepare now and apply after your 18th birthday.

Age is tested on the day the application is lodged. The upper limit is 30 for most agreements and 35 for Canadians, so you will have years in which to go.

The rest can be ready in advance: a passport valid for the whole stay, health insurance, evidence of funds and somewhere to live in Italy. Your Italian consulate publishes the checklist for your agreement.
