Was a Sephardic nationality application lodged before 19 May 2026?

The route for descendants of Sephardic Jews expelled from Portugal was repealed with effect from 19 May 2026. Files lodged before that date are still decided under the old rules; nothing can be lodged under it now. So the only thing that matters here is whether something was actually filed, and when — and if a lawyer, an agency or a relative filed it for you, that counts.
