Are you married to a Thai citizen, and is the marriage registered?
Thai law recognises only registered marriage; a ceremony alone does not count, and there is no de facto partner category. A marriage registered abroad counts once legalised in Thailand. Someone born to a Thai parent is Thai even without Thai papers.
