What do you earn each month, and where does it come from?
Ley 10008 needs at least USD 3,000 a month on your own, or USD 4,000 if family come with you, shown over the preceding year, from an employer or clients outside Costa Rica. Your last twelve months of bank statements will tell you. If part comes from Costa Rican clients, ask the immigration department how it treats the split before applying.
